You’re Never Too Old For A Quickie

Have you been allowing your age to get in the way of experiencing a fast and fun quickie? Get your head out of the gutter… I’m talking about a Fat Loss Quickie home office workout
Age should never stop you from beginning a fitness program. One of my personal training clients Bill Willson and his wife Pat started working out with me at the age of 80. Bill had never worked out a day in his life prior to our first session. He will be 90 years young this upcoming June and he is stronger than ever, plus he has more balance and more confidence in his abilities.
In the beginning Bill was a little nervous about performing exercises on a stability ball. He wasn’t confident enough in his balance and was scared that he may fall off the ball. But that didn’t stop him…
Bill stepped outside of his comfort zone and embraced the ‘unstable’ environment of working out on a stability ball. As a result his body quickly adapted and today he can perform nearly anything that I ask him to do on a balance ball.
Check out this video of Bill performing a quickie…
Bill and Pat have been my only personal training clients for the past few years when I transitioned my fitness business from offline to online. During this time I haven’t accepted any new personal training clients. That was until a few weeks ago when I was approached by an 87 year old woman who lives in the same condo as Bill and Pat.
She had been content with doing daily water aerobics and eating well, but she was finally ready to experience the benefits of resistance training that she had heard so much about.
Before mentioning that I wasn’t accepting new clients she began to tell me her reasons why she wanted to start resistance training. Her reason… To live the best quality life that she possibly can.
Once I heard that, I knew I couldn’t turn her down. We enjoyed our first session this past weekend and like Bill, she was nervous to use the stability ball, but she overcame her fear and stepped up to the challenge. She did incredible and I can’t wait to test her limits during our next session.
There you have it! Three great examples of people who fully understand that you are never too old for a quickie
I’m also proud of Fat Loss Quickie member Patti who falls into the age category of 50 plus. She has been documenting her journey with my home office fitness program on her Remarkable Wrinklies blog.
Patti has been a great inspiration to me and many of our Fat Loss Quickie members. It has been absolutely awesome to see impact that the fast and fun home office workouts have had on her life.
You can experience a greater quality of your life beyond the age of 50 too. Improve your strength, balance, bone density, energy, and mental performance with quick home office fitness today!
You ROCK! Enjoy the experience,

Oh my goodness, Scott! I just clicked on here to have a look at your remarkable 80+ year old clients. What an inspiration. Then, I saw my name! Yikes! I’m blushing….
Even though I’m young in comparison to Bill and Pat, I know that sometimes it’s not about age – it’s about how we feel.
I, and too many women like me, have gone through stages in our lives where we just let lethargy take over. And, especially at the 50+ age, I find because our bodies are changing, so many of us start to accept the inevitable thickening waists and weak muscles.
Of course, many women my age try different “easy does it” exercise programs – you know, the “circuit” programs. I did, and at first I lost a few inches. But, I quickly leveled off and could not inspire my body to lose any more! That was so discouraging that I stopped exercising completely for a while. The expense, the drive, the time… it just wasn’t worth it for me to try anything like that again.
Luckily, I started bike riding, which got me active again. However, it still wasn’t giving me the weight-bearing exercise that I really need at this age.
Then I was introduced to your Fat Loss Quickies by my daughter, Nicole Dean, a powerhouse of an internet marketer, and a swell gal! Since then, I’ve been so impressed with the program that I decided to try and promote it in my own little tiny way. Even though the FLQ I’m doing is marketed to work-at-home-folks, like me, it sure can be done by anyone who’s home for at least two 10 minute periods of time each day! If someone works outside the home, do one session before work and one when you get home. Ta DA! Great workout in no time!
Results? You want to talk results?
Besides the inches and pounds I’ve lost (that would be 9 1/2 inches and 10 pounds!) I’ve gained strength, stability, muscle definition (a tiny bit!), and mental clarity! That’s the cool bonus – after a workout, your mind is “refreshed” and you’re ready to get to work again.
Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks, Scott, for this fabulous program, the results I have gotten, and for the very cool shout out! As you know, I just crawled out of my sick bed after a week with the flu. That was a jolt to the system, but I’ve done my FLQ today and feel back to normal. Feels so good to work those muscles again!
I’m looking forward to working out every day again, getting back on track after being bed-ridden like that. AND, I really look forward to getting out the tape measure again next month!
Thanks again, Scott, for all you do!
