Xtreme Fat Loss Diet: Third 5 Day Cycle Results

The third cycle of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet has been great, despite not being perfect. There were a few of us who experienced less than perfect days during the third cycle, but I have yet to come across anyone (including the best successes from the program) who were able to follow it perfectly.
The cheat day of course was fun, and I surprised myself yet again with an amazing fast day and shake day. I felt phenomenal and looked incredible during the first three days of this cycle… and yes that even includes the cheat day. I looked awesome at the end of my cheat day, which really surprised me considering everything that I ate.
Because it was a busy long weekend with lots of parties I did give myself a little bit of leeway. On the moderate carb day my carb source was two small slices of pizza… not the best choice for sure, but it was a trade off that I was willing to make. The rest of the day I was great. On the depletion day I had some chips, some fruit, and a bit of nacho dip. Again, you may look at that and say that it’s not bad, but the purpose of the depletion day is to burn all of your glycogen stores and adding that extra stuff will reduce the effectiveness a bit.
But, I’m not feeling guilty. I’m not beating myself up. I’m not throwing in the towel. I’m reflecting on the great success that I had with the fast day and shake day and using it to drive myself forward and make the forth cycle even better!
With just 10 days remaining in the 25 day Xtreme Fat Loss challenge, I know that I can do this. After seeing the incredible changes during the first three days of this cycle I caught a glimpse of what is possible in the remaining 10 days. I know that great things are going to happen and I can’t wait to experience them.
Yes I experienced small slip ups that impacted my results during this third cycle and I’m going to use those slip ups to drive me forward and become even better during the fourth cycle. I’m so close to the finish line and my aim is to follow the program exactly as laid out with no more slip ups. I can do anything for 10 days… I know I can!
It’s time to share my results:
During the third cycle of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet I released another .5 percent body fat without losing any weight. I have a feeling that the scale number didn’t go down because of all the chicken that’s still sitting inside of me, plus I took these photos after having a monster size piece of Noelle’s birthday cake, a couple cups of coffee, and some other junk food… hey… it’s cheat day
So I wouldn’t say my measurements are entirely accurate this cycle and frankly, I looked much better two days ago before going off the plan slightly.
My waist shrunk another 1/4 inch (despite the excess junk in my gut this morning), my upper abs are getting even more defined, the separation between my shoulders and arms are more noticeable, my love handles are disappearing, and my stubborn lower belly fat is becoming less stubborn and deciding that it’s time for it to go

Remember, these results have taken place over just 15 days. Three out of the fifteen days were cheat days where I got to eat anything that I wanted and if you’ve been following me, you know that it’s been pretty gluttonous
I have been journalling a great deal in my notebook about my thoughts on this entire journey… why it works, why people are able to stick with it, along with the negatives that I see with it. When I complete the full 25 days I’ll be sharing it all with you.
Right now, I’m simply ecstatic with what I’ve been seeing in the mirror, I’ve been touching my stomach like crazy, and my confidence is soaring. I can’t wait to see the results at the end of the 25 day challenge and I am really looking forward to my total transformation that will take place prior to our beach vacation on July 3rd.
If you are following the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet as I am and you are going onto your 4th cycle, you should begin to develop your plan for continued success once you complete this 25 day journey.

hey scott! im wondering if you will start missing all out cheatdays when you decide to go off this plan=) why not rest a few days after it then go on another 25 days before july 3=)
I’m definitely NOT going to miss the all out cheat days when this is done and I’m definitely looking forward to getting back on Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle.
This has been a great challenge, but I’m hoping this is the last time that I have to use the program. I’m going to achieve my desired results and never allow myself to get to the point where I need to drop a lot of fat fast.
A cheat meal once or twice per week is a lot better for me. It’s definitely what I prefer.
