Yay for me! I’ve got my sanity back ;) After two tough days on the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet I’m finally feeling like my old self again and got my motivation back. As I mentioned yesterday, I believe it has a lot to do with drinking more water and taking my multi-vitamins. But who really knows? All I know is that’s the only difference between cycle one and cycle two for me.

It’s been great to get food back in me after going through the fast day and the shake day. It’s amazing how once you start eating after these two days, the amount of food that it takes to fill you up is much smaller.

I started my morning off the same as the last cycle, with an oatmeal and honey Prograde Protein Shake prior to the morning workout. I enjoyed two eggs and toast after the early morning workout and that really hit the spot.

For lunch I had salmon and veggies and followed that meal up with an egg white omelet that was loaded with tomatoes, red peppers, and spinach. Then for the last meal of the day I opted for a tasty Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Shake which I shared with you during Day 3.

It’s been an interesting 2nd cycle. Nothing seems to be responding the same as the 1st cycle. I’m hearing a lot of the same feedback from the members in the support community. I’m going to hold off on my thoughts until the end of this cycle, but the good news is that my motivation is back and I’m feeling great.

I have really been enjoying the workouts during the 2nd cycle and the HIIT cardio has been a blast. I feel like I’m back in training with all of this sprinting and walking intervals.

One thing that has been difficult today was hearing Angie and my friends planning for the long weekend and talking about pizza and a bunch of deserts. I’ll be able to enjoy the leftovers on the Monday holiday, which is great, and at least Saturday and Sunday or moderate carb and high protein days. I have no problem throwing a bunch of kabobs on the bbq. No one will really notice that I’m “On a diet” :D I’m sure.

Keep up the great work everyone. It’s been very motivating to read your successes and triumphs. It’s kept me going during some of these tougher days.

To achieving your limitless potential,
