Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Day 25

It feels so weird to type in day 25 for the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet. That means that this 25 day journey has come to an end. It’s definitely a surreal feeling. I am however, ready to move on and transition into the next stage of my body transformation journey. But before I go there, let me share what I ate today…
It was pretty much an Eggstravaganza today!
I started the day off with scrambled egg whites, tomatoes, and red peppers. I then had a chicken breast followed by another scrambled egg, tomato, and pepper dish. Then I had a can of tuna with tomatoes, cuccumber, and light ranch dressing. And I finished off my day with two whole eggs, four egg whites, mushrooms, tomatoes, and yellow peppers.
The workout went really well today. I’m looking forward to taking a few days off to rest my body. It’s been tough on my body to workout every day for 25 days. I’m ready to mix up my workouts and see how my body responds.
I went for a really enjoyable bike ride where I reflected on this 25 day journey and prepared to share all my thoughts and insights in my post tomorrow along with the pictures of my final results.
I’m really glad that I took part in this challenge and am grateful that I was able to share it with so many people. It’s been a fun ride!

Hey Scott. I’ve just completed my second 5-day cycle. I have been reading along with your daily entries and take inspiration from them. Every day, I look forward to seeing your post and, as I’ve been going along, I read back over your post from the day that corresponds with where I am.
Anyway, I’m a bit disappointed with my results so far. I have only lost 2 pounds, one inch from my waist, and .6 % body fat. I know this is better than nothing, but I have a lot more to lose than you did and was hoping I’d have better results. I’ve been following the diet and the workout plan to a T. I think this next cycle, I’ll up the weights a bit (although I’m pretty fatigued as it is) and maybe add even more cardio. I can’t think of anything else I can do differently to improve the results.

It was inspiring to read your journey. I too have been following XFLD. I had to take a four-day break after the second cycle though since I had to travel and knew I wouldn’t be able to follow the program. Anyway, I am on day 3 of the last cycle. I have to admit that I am disappointed by the results. From all the hype I expected more dramatic (and certainly more visible) results. I have about 18-20 pounds to lose and I had been hoping to see the last of them during this program. I have lost about 5 pounds so far. I can see that my upper waist has shrunk and become more defined. But other than that, there are no visible changes. My belly fat and butt fat remains intact and my low-waist jeans are still tight
I am amazed that you found the fast days easy. Those were the toughest for me. My body really didn’t complain but it was my mind that totally zapped me of energy on those days. I became irritable and impatient and dreaded the workouts on the fast days. But I stuck through. I don’t think I will ever fast again though – it drove me wild. I kept a strict fast too, only water and BCAA powder.
Anyway, I’m glad at least you are having visible results. I too will be glad to get back to my regular, moderate exercise and nutrition program. At least that is something I can do for a lifetime!
Looking forward to see your final results tomorrow. I hope you will post a side-by-side photo of your starting and final photo.
It’s been while since you posted so I’m not sure if you’ll see this. My comment is similar to two others here. I have a lot to lose, am 2 days away from my second cheat day and am disappointed w/ the results. Only list a pound and a half and an inch from my waist the first cycle. I’m hoping so much I lose for the second. I want to enjoy my cheat day and I want this program to work for me. I’m following the diet and the exercise program. If one follows these, why would the program not provide those amazing results? Is my metabolism that shot?
Any help or advice you can give will be much appreciated.
I’ve mentioned in a few of the other posts as well as in my overall review of the program that in my opinion it does not live up to the hyped up claims of 25 pounds of PURE fat in 25 days.
However, it does produced good results. I feel that because of the hyped up claims, many people are disappointed with what would normally be considered excellent results. 1 1/2 pounds in 5 days is excellent. You should be proud of that. If it wasn’t for the hyped up claims, I think that you would be content with that kind of loss.
From all the people who I know of that went through the program, you are experiencing results that are consistent with their experiences.
If in the end you release 7 1/2 pounds in just 25 days, I think that you should be very pleased with yourself and build upon the momentum.
