Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Day 23
by Scott Tousignant · Filed Under: Nutrition
Today was the easiest shake day that I’ve experienced with the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet. I didn’t feel hungry at all and I’ve really noticed some changes in the mirror today.
One change that I made was not using milk in my shakes. I rarely ever drink milk anymore, so adding it to my shakes was not normal for me. I found that using water instead of milk did not take away from the taste or satisfaction of the shake. The Prograde Protein powder that I use still makes the shake thick enough and I added a couple extra ice cubes to thicken it up even more. That saved me about 90 calories per shake, which I made up through a bit extra protein powders and the other substances that I put in the shake such as oatmeal, berries, or natural peanut butter.
Here’s one of the tasty shakes that I had today: Oatmeal Honey and Cinnamon Protein Shake
I’m really looking forward to breakfast tomorrow. I’ll be having a stuffed pepper. You can see how we make cook them in a crockpot here: Stuffed Peppers
Angie made the stuffed peppers yesterday during my fast day, which was torture
This is one of my favorite meals and it has been sitting in the fridge for just over a day now and it’s calling out my name
One of the tough things that I find with the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is that there are a few days when I’m not allowed to have a healthy meal such as stuffed peppers because it’s not in line with the protocol for that day. Even on the fast day when I noticed a nice bowl of grapes on the table I couldn’t have them, even though they are a healthy food. Those are the moments when I say to myself, “What am I doing?” But it’s all part of the plan and I’ve stuck with it.
Just a couple more days and I’ll be taking my final photos for this 25 day challenge. I can’t wait! And I can’t wait to continue transforming my body beyond this 25 day challenge. I have loads of positive momentum and I’m going to build off of it to make this the best summer ever!
To achieving your limitless potential,

have you heard of eat stop eat? Or the warrior diet? They both utilize fasting in their methods to lose fat.
Yep. I’ll be checking out Eat Stop Eat in a few months. I like the idea that a fast can start at 6pm and end at 6pm the next day so really you’re not going an entire day without eating.
