Today is a fast day and the last remaining one within the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet plan. Angie and I are still amazed that I’m able to go a full day without eating and just consuming water and BCAA’s. But even more amazing than that is that I am able to do a workout, a HIIT session, and go for a 30 minute bike ride during the fast day!

In addition to the scheduled workouts today I spent most of the day working in the garden and doing a lot of yard work, such as planting flowers and bushes, spreading mulch, and much more. Even though this is my fifth and final fast day during the past 22 days, Angie still asks me if I’m feeling tired or if I’m going to faint even though I’m buzzing with energy.

Fasting has been one of the most interesting experiences for me during this 25 day challenge. I never imagined that I would be able to do it, let alone get through it with energy. I may not fast on a regular basis once this challenge is done, but I’m sure that there will be times when I feel like doing it just to give my digestive system a break. I may do a 24 hour fast once per month… we’ll see.

The HIIT session today went really quick. It was only 7 1/2 minutes of 20 second sprints and 10 second rest. I did the HIIT on my stationary bike again today as I wanted to give my legs a break from running.

I enjoyed the lactic acid workout today and really enjoyed looking in the mirror while I was working out. It’s pretty darn awesome to see how my body has changed in just 22 days. I love seeing the definition in my shoulders and arms. Seeing the clear separation between the two really makes a difference.

It’s been great hearing the results from others within my community and really awesome to hear that so many people have been able to stick with the program right to the end. I have really enjoyed sharing this journey with all of you.

To achieving your limitless potential,
