It’s another cheat day to kick off the fifth and final cycle of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet. It’s great that the cheat day fell on the weekend and on a day when Angie and I have a date night planned ;)

I started off the day with a great density training workout that seemed to fly by. I felt great… felt strong… and felt very motivated! It always feels weird when I don’t see cardio or HIIT scheduled for the day. I’m sure my legs will appreciate the break.

Here’s what I ate today…

For breakfast I started off with a desert ball that Angie made last night. It’s made with cream cheese, vanilla pudding powder, milk chocolate chips, and crushed bits of Score… yummmmmmmy!

I also had two eggs and toast for breakfast. I then had…

Kit Kat Chunky Max bar
Tim Horton’s Iced Cappuccino made with chocolate milk
9 inch honey mustard chicken sub
Small bag of Sun Chips
15 pieces of sushi
1 glass of red wine (It was a date night, I had to indulge)
Large bowl of chocolate caramel cup ice cream
popcorn

It was a pretty big cheat day, but not as bad as the second and fourth cheat day that I had. I’m amazed that I’ve been able to lose weight and transform my body during the past 21 days even though 5 of those days I pigged out on junk food.

There’s just a few days remaining on the Xtreme Fat Loss plan… I wonder what my final results will reveal? I’m definitely glad that I decided to take part in this 25 day challenge and stick with it to the end. It’s been a very interesting experience for me and I’ve learned a lot.
