I had another great day while following the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet. It really is getting easier, especially knowing that there are only 6 days left of this 25 day challenge.

There are a few people in our support community that are completing their challenge tomorrow because they got a head start on me. I’m really looking forward to seeing their final results and hearing their thoughts about their overall experience on the program.

Something really cool happened today as well. My neighbor had noticed my results and was inquiring about my experience on the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet. He has about 25 to 35 pounds that he would like to release from his body and has committed to following the plan starting on June 6th. He has agreed to allow me to document his journey on my blog in hopes that his journey will also inspire more people to transform their body.

He is an extremely busy hospital administrator with four kids who are involved in a lot of after school activities. The workout program that comes as part of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is too time consuming for him, so we agreed to try something different…

…Instead of following the Xtreme Fat Loss workouts which are done every day for the full 25 days, he will follow my 10 minute Fat Loss Quickie workouts, which are 5 days followed by 2 days of rest. It will be very exciting to see his results while following the diet and my Fat Loss Quickie workouts.

Today’s diet strategy on the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is a moderate carb day. Here’s what I ate…

4 oz steak for breakfast (After watching my family eat it for dinner last night I knew that I would want to have it first thing in the morning).
Oatmeal and Honey Prograde Protein Shake
Healthy and Delicious Tuna Pocket (click link for video and recipe)
2 eggs with veggies and a salad
egg whites and veggies

The 10 minute HIIT session was suppose to be 20 seconds of sprints and 20 seconds of walking, but my knees have been feeling tired so I did the HIIT on my stationary bike instead. For 20 seconds I cranked up the resistance and pedaled faster and then for 20 seconds I reduced the intensity and pedaled slowly.

During our group coaching call we discussed what plan of action we will be taking after the 25 day challenge is complete. I recommended a moderate cheat day for the diet and taking a couple of days off from resistance training to give our bodies a rest.

I’m looking forward to posting my results in a couple of days. Thanks for your support and comments. It’s been a huge motivation booster for me.

To achieving your limitless potential,
