This 4th cycle of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is really flying by for me. This 25 day challenge is going to be over and done with before I know it. I’m really amazed at how many people have been inquiring about extending the challenge for a few more weeks. It sure sounds like they are enjoying the structure of the program along with the results!

I did talk with Joel about this as I knew that he had recommended taking a break from the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet for a few weeks before going through the 25 day challenge again. I mentioned how many people were enjoying the program and really wanted to keep going with it beyond the 25 days. Joel recommended that you do no more than one additional cycle as you will reach a point of diminishing returns.

So if you want to extend your experience with Xtreme Fat Loss you can turn the 25 day challenge into a 30 day challenge then take a break from the program for about 4 weeks before going back on it again.

I recommend following Tom Venuto’s Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle program during your break and as a lifestyle approach once you complete your journey on the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet.

So today was a shake day for me and it went really, really well. My family is totally hooked on Prograde Protein Shakes. We have tried a whole bunch from the menu plan that comes with the Deluxe version of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet and found our favorites that we enjoy making more often.

The only tough part of the day was at dinner when my family had steak. At least I’ll have some of the left overs tomorrow ;)

This was the first shake day that I had some veggies. It was a dinner time when I had a really nice salad that Angie made. It was really satisfying and felt good to get some food in my rather than water and shakes. The oatmeal and honey shake as well as the peanut butter and jelly shake always keep me satisfied throughout the day.

I’m still not looking quite as good as I did last week, but improving with each day. I’ll be excited to see what happens during the moderate carb day and the high protein day. I’m wishing that I didn’t eat so much junk on the cheat day… guess I learned a lesson there ;)

The strength workout went really well today. My butt cheeks are sore from the front squats and reverse lunges… and yes, I love the feeling of sore muscles like that, so all is good. I just need to make sure that I stretch those glutes out really good tonight.

I felt amazing during a 30 minute bike ride later in the day. I kept thinking about how excited I am to look my absolute best for our upcoming beach vacation. I can’t wait to show off my results and experience a great boost in confidence.

It’s kind of weird, but the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet seems to get easier as you go along. That must be why I’m receiving a lot of questions about sticking with the program longer than the 25 days.

Can’t wait to take my pictures and measurements soon!
