I’m continuing to feel great during the third cycle of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet. This has been the best cycle so far. Today offered a few challenges for me, but overall I’d say I passed the test.

We visited with friends today and I knew that we would be ordering pizza (my favorite) :D It’s a moderate carb day so what I did was consume mostly protein throughout the day, which turned out to be tuna and egg white omelets, and decided that my carbs would be two small slices of pizza.

What I did was bring my own chicken breasts along with the delicious Mediterranean Salad that Angie made. While everyone was eating pizza I ate my chicken breast and lots of the delicious salad. I was very satisfied with that and then I had the two small slices of pizza. I didn’t desire any more pizza (which I typically would have), because I was filled up on the healthy foods first.

So although I had pizza on a non-cheat day, I still feel pretty darn good about myself and feel like I complied pretty well because I was still in a slight caloric deficit and it was a moderate carb day, where I saved my carbs as the pizza.

We’ll see if it has any impact on my body, but all in all I feel great!

Tomorrow we’re having a party at our house with cake and ice cream and there’s a party at night where I know there will be lots of drinking going on. Will I survive it??? We shall see ;)
