It’s shake day during the third cycle of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet and I’m feeling absolutely awesome! I keep touching my stomach and get excited about how much it’s shrinking, especially during the past 3 days. And to think that I was becoming a bit skeptical and frustrated during cycle number two. If I would have quit I would have missed out on the great results that I’m experiencing now.

My energy is high and I’m more excited than ever to complete this 25 day challenge!

I’m definitely feeling satisfied during the shake days. For the most part I stick with the oatmeal and honey shake (with cinnamon) and the peanut butter and jelly shake. Mid day I have a strawberry and blueberry shake.

I can’t wait to take my measurements at the end of this cycle… but I’ve got to get through two more days… and those two days fall on a long weekend with lots of parties. It will be interesting to see how I handle it all. I’ll definitely be keeping you posted.
