Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Day 12
by Scott Tousignant · Filed Under: Nutrition
There have been a lot of lessons that I’ve learned while following the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet during the past few days. The most important lesson of all is that great results often come immediately after the point where you were about to give up.
If you have been following my complete journey to this point you know that I had a few days where I really struggled last week during the second five day cycle of Xtreme Fat Loss. I came very close to abandoning the plan. If it wasn’t for the support and accountability I definitely would have gone back to my more previous fat loss methods. It was through the encouragement of blog comments and comments in my support community that really drove me to push forward.
As I mentioned in my post yesterday for Day 11, I actually looked better after my cheat day than I did in the morning when I took my photos.
…well at the end of the day today (fast day) I’m looking awesome! I feel great too! I totally survived this fast day with ease. So far this cycle is much like the first 5 day cycle. I’m loving it.
The fast day is the only day where we are active times, performing a resistance training sessions, a HIIT session, and a moderate intensity 30 minute cardio session.
I really enjoyed the HIIT today. It only lasted 15 minutes and it was intervals of 20 second sprints and 40 second walk. I feel like an athlete in training and it’s a lot of fun.
My mind is clear. I feel great. I have a new positive outlook about this experience. I’m certain that the end result will meet my expectations and goals.
I really can’t wait to take my pictures at the end of this third 5 day cycle. The results are definitely going to be noticeable.
Thanks again for all the support, encouragement, and for following along with my journey. I appreciate you.
To achieving your limitless potential,

Scott Tousignant
PS I really believe that the extra water and the Prograde VGF 25+ multi-vitamins have played a key role in getting me through the fast days. I didn’t take them during the 2nd fast day or shake day and I really suffered. That’s the only difference and conclusion that I can come to.

and reading this keeps me going scott. Sometimes thou im sporting a 5 pac under good lighting conditions (is that weird? a 5 pac=))The xtreme fatloss diet has made me wonder if this is really for 2 xtreme kinds of people. 1st the fat guy who wants to lose 25 pounds, or a guy like vince delamonte who is a fitness model or john romaniello trying to get from 8% to 6%. I mean what about us 12% or 4 or 5 pac guys(under good lights=))???
Hey scott! I’m so glad I found this blog! I’ve been reading your day-by-day experience as well as your “followers” comments and I’m pumped and ready to go! It will give me the extra motivation I needed to “embarque” on this 25-grueling-day journey. I’ll start the program in the next few days! I’ll keep you posted and thanks again! And Scott, just for you I’ll add a … go Flyers go! ( Sorry, had to… being an ex-Nordiques fan!)
Seriously, keep up the good work and thanks in advance!
