Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Day 11

Bring it on!!! That’s all I can say about the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet today, thanks to the amazing support from my new friends who are following the plan along with me. I sure appreciate each and every one of you. It really helped to hear how great people were doing at the end of cycle #3. Seeing the great results from many of you has really inspired me to push forward and I also realize that my results during the first 10 days have been pretty great.
Now I want to share something really weird with you…
Today is the 3rd cheat day. I took my pictures after my first cheat meal yesterday at the end of the second 5 day Xtreme Fat Loss cycle. I was a bit disappointed, but still very happy with what I saw.
As the day went on and I continued to eat my cheat meals I kept looking at myself in the mirror and I was looking better and better. After each cheat meal I felt my stomach and it actually felt like it shrank…
…This was one of the most bizarre experiences that I’ve ever had!
This was a huge boost to my motivation and a real kick in the butt to continue following and trusting in the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet plan. I’m more stoked than ever to see the results at the end of the 25 day challenge.
So here’s what I ate today…
A few of Angie’s healthy snack bars for breakfast along with eggs.
Kit Kat Chunky Max.
Tim Horton’s Iced Cappuccino made with chocolate milk.
A HUGE plate of homemade potato and sweet potato french fries.
small bowl of chocolate caramel cup ice cream.
10 chicken drumsticks in a ginger and soy sauce.
large serving of rice and zesty cheese.
Kit Kat Chunky Max.
Large handful of sour cream and onion chips.
Large bowl of chocolate caramel cup ice cream.
Full plate of homemade potato and sweet potato french fries.
I can’t believe that I look better after eating all of that than I did at the beginning of the day. Pretty crazy eh?
So now I’m ready to rock’n roll
Let’s see how I do during fast day tomorrow. I’ll definitely make sure I drink large amounts of water and take my Prograde VGF 25+ multi-vitamins.
I can’t wait to see the results at the end of this 3rd cycle. I’m confident that they will be spectacular after the kind of start I’ve had today

You go boy! Downloaded the program a couple of days ago, I’m thrilled! Going to try it out as soon as I’ve figured out how to make these smoothies (deluxe edition). Also, I find the recipes impossible as I have never even heard of half of the products. Might also be because I live in Belgium and the supermarkets are totally different.
WOW, Scott, that’s awesome. I still have a few days before I plan to start this diet plan, but now I’m tempted to move up my start date. Totally inspiring.

I know… it’s pretty crazy! I haven’t eaten this much junk food in ages
just the same, there are days when you wake up and your like “wow im ripped” and then you eat breakfasts and your fat again haha.
Everytime I eat a solid meal for my meals during my cheat, mod carb days and the protein days, my stomach always looks bloated and fat even though I don’t eat till I’m full. And on the fast and shake days my stomach looks flat and much leaner. Go figure!
It’s been a really interesting experience for me Elsa… the first week I was just like you, looking better on the fast and shake days. The second 5 day cycle I looked better on the food days. That’s probably why I was frustrated during the second cycle. I thought if I didn’t look good on the fast and shake days I would be in big trouble on the food and cheat days.
Now for this third cycle my results are reflecting the first cycle so far.
I’m on the 3rd shake day right now and really loving what I see in the mirror.
scott do you plan to do some water manipulation on your last cycle or the week before beach day?
No, not at all. I just want to display the results of the program… not an artificial temporary image. I want to show off my new look that I will continue to improve upon. My 25 day challenge ends on June 2nd, but my beach vacation isn’t until July 3rd so you won’t see beach pictures until then. That gives me an additional 4 weeks to sculpt my body
