What Do You Love The Most About Yourself?
by Scott Tousignant · Filed Under: Motivation · Podcasts
Today we are going to talk about You and what you love the most about yourself. One thing that I’ve learned about women over the years is that you spend most of your time focusing on helping others, taking care of them, comforting them, and encouraging them. Yet you spend so little time appreciating the amazing person that you are.
So right here, right now I want you to list all the things that you absolutely LOVE about yourself.
Do you love your charm, your charisma, your laugh, and your voice?
Do you love your energy, your confidence, your enthusiasm, and your drive?
Do you love knowing the fact that you are making a difference in this world and touching lives that can only be touched in the way that you know how?
You are creating a legacy… appreciate it, soak it up, and share it!
So tell me… What do you love about yourself?
Your Dream Body Awaits You…

I love that even though I’ve gone through a lot of struggles and obstacles in my life, I have persevered through it all and have emerged stronger and better than ever. I know now that I am much stronger than any problem I face.
I love that I have raised incredible young women by myself with very little help.
I love that my teenagers still think I’m cool and love to hang out with me. =)
I love my passion to make a difference in the world and my drive to make it happen, even if it takes longer than I would like!
I love my sense of humor and my ability to make people laugh and not take things too seriously.
I love my positive attitude and how I look at the brighter side of things.
I love and appreciate my life and what I have become and what is yet to come. I am grateful every day for the blessings that I have.

i love how far I’ve come after almost dying from a car accident. I love how much I can do. I love how I am still able to go to school and will be graduating next year majoring in what really fits me. I love how I can still smile, and I’ve got a great smile that I love to share with anyone.
I love how I’m able to accomplish so much in my life and prove so many people wrong who thought they I wasn’t able to do anything. I love how the Lord has helped to make me the person that I am. I love my life and the future adventures that I will be blessed to go on.
