Dan ReinholdMy buddy Dan Reinhold is back today to share some more work at home humor with you. Enjoy!

Sometimes is a nice word, but not always a good policy.

To say “Sometimes I like to watch the sunset and reflect positively on the day” would be good. However, to say “Sometimes I do what I know I need to do and sometimes I don’t” is really not so good, especially over time.

Now when you work in a home office setting, it’s a really bad policy. It’s all about you in this case – you’re the results getter… or not. That applies to every aspect of your online business, including your personal fitness.
Good habits for business and you

What do you know you need to do in your online business fitness? Write content, promote it or be active in social media? Something every working day, even if it’s not always the same thing.

And what do you know you need to do in your personal fitness? Perform a little resistance exercise, work on actively completing household tasks as work breaks or get social in the park with the dog for a half hour?

Something every working day, even if it’s not always the same thing. No dog? No problem, just leash the fish, toss him on a skateboard and you’re good to go.

Let’s get a little Zen here for a moment. You and your business are one. Because that is so, Grasshopper, you share a need for exercise each day to stay healthy together. Energy spent doing things helps create energy to do more things.

Make sure you both get your juices flowing!
