The Home Office Fitness Pioneer
by Scott Tousignant · Filed Under: Work At Home Humor
I’m excited to introduce a new feature of the Fat Loss Quickie Blog. My friend Dan Reinhold will be providing you with a daily dose of Work-At-Home-Humor. You already know that I love to make fitness fun and adding Dan’s witty humor into the mix is sure to make our home office fitness experience even more enjoyable.
For Dan’s opening act he did some research to see if I was the home office fitness pioneer. He dug deep and discovered that someone did in fact pave the path ahead of me. Check this out…
Hi, I’m Dan Reinhold of WAHumor.com, the work at home humor site.
So you think Scott is the home office fitness pioneer? Think again!
First there was Adam. Hey, that sounds familiar…

But I think it’s safe to say that Scott has definitely improved on the concept.
He’s also realized that true fitness is more than just the body. It’s the mind too. It’s not just along for the ride, after all. All work and no play can tire out your mind and leave your poor body lying around waiting for direction.
That’s the reason Scott asked me to be a weekly guest blogger here. A weekly dose of WAHumor goes a long way toward meeting your home office fitness and business goals.
Please allow me to announce “WAHumor Wednesday”!!
A little heavy breathing, some giggles…what’s not to love??
So, look for me each Wednesday. I’ll be looking for you too.

P.S. On the scary side, I’ll be joining in the home fitness fun here with you with a quick weekly update. Now where’d I put those extra-stretchy sweatpants??
P.P.S. Something in particular you’d like me to talk about? Kids? Pets? Freaky family and friends? Down days? Pop it in the comments and I’ll be glad to give it a whirl!

Hey Dan! Glad to see you here! How about tackling the topic of – ornery teens discovering (taking great humor in!! grrr) your newfound quest for fitness! LOL!!

Simple, LMM:
Do it when they’re NOT there!
Or in my case, just put on a video game and they’re off in a trance.
