Cons: I don’t like “CURE” in the title. In my opinion it indicates that by following the guidelines in the book you will be free from back pain. Although the guidelines in The 7 Day Back Pain Cure may very well be enough to cure some people’s back pain, other people will require more treatments and exercises…

…of course, the author of the book Jesse Cannone has a variety of complimentary and enhancing resources to aid you in relieving back pain and strengthening your back as well. The one resource that has been very effective for me is his Lose The Back Pain system.

Some people may find the information in the book to be too general. I’m only listing this as a possible negative about the book based on some of the feedback I have received, but quite frankly, if you absorb all the material in the book and follow the many free complimentary videos that are referred to in the book, I believe that everyone will learn something new… I know that I sure did and I’m well versed on this topic.

PRO’s: Let’s start with what I’ve just mentioned… I found the free complimentary videos that are referred to throughout the book to be very helpful. I believe that these video demonstrations truly enhance the experience and I am certain that the lower back exercises and stretches will provide relief for many people who perform them on a regular basis.

The 7 Day Back Pain Cure is a great educational tool on the background and possible causes of your lower back pain. You may be surprised to discover that much of your back pain may not originate in your back at all.

If you require further treatment or resources after performing the recommendations from The 7 Day Back Pain Cure I am certain that what you have learned from the book will aid you in making an informed decision on your next best approach, which may actually save you money over the long run by avoiding the trial and error with various other back pain relief treatments.
