There are many benefits to working out in the comfort of your own home. It doesn’t matter if you are wearing make-up or not, you can do it in your pj’s if you want, there’s no traffic to battle, and you can get it done quickly so you can get back to blogging and tweeting
The only possible downside would be interruptions from young children that are home with you during the day. But is that really a downside and a reason to put off a workout?
