My goal during the next 14 weeks is to release 4 pounds of fat from my body and gain 6 pounds of muscle. It’s not an easy task to burn fat and build muscle at the same time and it’s actually quite a controversial subject.
The greatest shortcut to fat loss success is to learn from people who have already achieved their fat loss goals. Simply model their example by applying their successful strategies and avoiding the mistakes that they may have made along the way. Following this strategy will enable you to achieve your fat loss results faster because you’ll be armed with the information to avoid the mistakes made and overcome obstacles and challenges much quicker.
