Sweet Potatoes are one of my favorite foods to eat. I pretty much eat them daily. Combined with a lean protein they make a perfect pre and post workout meal. It’s a myth that potatoes will make you fat. I’ve shed a lot of fat while eating many-a-sweet potato. Because I eat them so much I need a lot of variety in how I prepare them.
