The #1 fat loss mistake is believing that there is one single solution to transform your body. That this one diet is finally the secret to reveal your 6 pack abs. That this one workout program is your secret weapon to unlock your fat burning hormones and melt fat faster than any program that you’ve ever experienced.

I know countless people who have totally transformed their body and life, yet very few of them followed the same blueprint for fat loss success. Some did it with diet alone, others incorporated diet and weight training, some did just body weight exercises, some did a combination of jogging and diet, some did yoga, others did Pilates, a few followed a raw food diet, while others were vegetarians, some did nothing but interval training, while others followed a bodybuilding style of training, just to name a few.

Angie and I have witnessed people completely transform their body using each of our programs and many continue to transform their body by combining many of our programs in their yearly workout calendar. One program isn’t necessarily better than the other, they all work. It’s just that some are better suited to certain lifestyles and goals.

There is no one single solution. My physique is a combination of dozens and dozens of workout programs and nutrition strategies that I have implemented over the years. I’ll share some of them with you later in this article, but first, let’s talk about overwhelm and how to avoid it.
