There is no short supply of transformation contests on the Internet today and there’s some very amazing prizes attached to these contests. This can make for great incentive to finally make a lifestyle change and release your unwanted belly fat.
But not all transformation contests are the same. If the focus is solely on weight loss and you go to extreme measures that end up costing you precious muscle mass along with water weight… you’ll end up as a “Skinny Fat Person“. Meaning, that your body fat percentage will still be high, but you will be ‘thinner’ because you lost weight.
If you truly want to transform your body, then do just that! Sculpt it! Burn the fat! Add a bit of sexy body shaping muscle!
…don’t just become a smaller version of your current overweight self.

Weight loss contests, especially the Biggest Loser, where obese people drop insane amounts of body weight – like 10, 15 or even 20 lbs in a week – have become extremely popular.
