Strategic Diet and Exercise For Xtreme Fat Loss
by Scott Tousignant · Filed Under: Fat Loss Quickie Home Workouts · Fat Loss Quickie Nutrition
Joel Marion is about to release a very intense 25 day fat loss program called the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet. It’s an absolutely unique program with very strategic methods of dieting combined with complimentary and strategic methods of working out.
You will diet in a different way each day of the week and yes, you even get to eat pizza (or whatever you choose) once every 5 days. Pizza and a chocolate bar is my usual cheat meal of choice that I have once per week.
The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet includes 8 fat burning workouts that have been created by John Romaniello and are based on the same principles of his Final Phase Fat Loss program.
Below, you will find some video demonstrations of a couple of the training methods that will be used in the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet in order to achieve maximum fat loss…
Each individual workout is designed to compliment the method of dieting for each specific day and will enhance the fat loss effect for each particular diet strategy.
That’s definitely one of the BIG things that I absolutely love about this program. It’s not just a diet… it’s a complete plan! Mind you, it’s a very intense plan. But I know that you are capable of doing anything for just 25 days… especially when it means that you will experience significant fat loss along with all the wonderful emotions that go along with it.
I’m going to be following the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet from May 10th to June 3rd. I am committed to giving absolutely 100% of my effort to this program and documenting my journey along the way.
Come June 3rd I will evaluate where I am at in relation to my bigger goal of looking my absolute best ever on July 3rd as we depart for the beaches of Turks and Caicos.
My current plan is to follow up the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet with John Romaniello’s Final Phase Fat Loss, which is a 6 week program and will lead perfectly into my beach vacation.
Here are some of the training styles that are incorporated into both the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet plan and Final Phase Fat Loss…
Dynamic Training
Dynamic training uses exercises with a high level of mobility and fast paced circuit training. This is a great style of training for fat loss! Dynamic training is effective, efficient, and convenient. It creates as much movement as possible in a short period of time.
Lactic Acid Training
With this form of lactic acid training you lift the weight slowing and lower it quickly. This is kind of an “inverted tempo training”. The reason is that lactic acid is primarily produced during the lifting (concentric) phase of the exercise.
You want to produce lactic acid because there will be an increase in production of growth hormone, which is key to fat loss and muscle gain.
Strength Training
The “Explosive Lateral Raise” is just one exercise that can be included in a strength training program such as Final Phase Fat Loss or the Extreme Fat Loss Diet plan.
One of the benefits of incorporating strength training into a fat loss plan is to preserve your valuable muscle mass which will keep your metabolism high and provide your body with sexy shape and contours.
When the above exercises and styles of training are strategically combined along with dynamic training you are looking at an incredibly effective fat loss program.
When you combine that program with a very strategic fat loss diet that compliments the workouts, you are looking at accelerated fat loss results…
…and that’s why I highly recommend the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet for anyone who is totally serious and committed to releasing fat fast.
This is not a program that you would follow for life. This program is meant to be cycled through other programs that you wish to follow. For six months out of the year I follow my Fat Loss Quickie program and then I like to cycle in programs that my colleagues have created in order to have variety in my training and styles.
Are you ready to put your best effort forward for 25 days in order to experience incredible fat loss results? Let’s share in the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet journey together!
To achieving your limitless potential,

Scott Tousignant

Thanks so much for showing some of the exercises in the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Program. I’m curious about trying it, but haven’t worked out seriously for nearly 6 months. I’m just starting back and would love to be in better shape. Just reading about the program and that the exercies are intense, I was concerned about being able to handle it. But, seeing your videos of the exercises gives me a better idea of what it entails. Thanks so much!
You’re welcome Michelle. I’ll be showing more videos soon.
The workout program is very challenging, but it can be modified to suit your current fitness level. That’s something that I actually discussed during our group coaching call last night. Some people who are about to follow it are beginners who are overweight or obese and we needed to make some modifications, which is all good.
There are also some people who would prefer to continue using their current cardio regime which is fine as well.
Myself, I’m going to follow the program to a ‘T’ because I want to demonstrate what’s possible when following the exact program. I can’t wait to document my journey here and share my experiences with you.
Scott, I have a concern about the workouts. A few years back I had knee and back surgery, and I’m not able to lift as heavy as I once did. Also I do not belong to a gym and would have to do the workouts at home but I do not have any equipment. How would I go about working out the different training methods with gym equipment and also not being able to do squats and lunges. Is there an alternative to these workouts? I am really looking forward to losing the stubborn pounds on my body during these 25 days, but I’m really concerned about the exercises.
Hi Elsa, I actually mentioned you on the group coaching call last night
First of all, here’s two links to some exercises that will help stretch and strengthen your lower back…

Here’s some alternative exercises for your legs that can help the supporting muscles around your knees…

Many of those exercises involve a stability ball that you can pick up for $10. I highly recommend that you pick one up. Also, since you don’t have a gym membership I recommend that you at least pick up a pair of 5 pound dumbbells, and maybe even 10 pounders. During the group coaching call last night I mentioned that if you didn’t want to spend the money on dumbbells you could take a look at my home workout money saving tip video where I used milk jugs…

There are several people in our group that have made modifications to the workout program. I’ll be sharing some workout tips in our support community.
BUYER BEWARE! ABYSMAL AND SUB-PAR CUSTOMER SERVICE !
I do want to warn people of the following if people plan to buy Joel Marion’s Xtreme Fat Loss Diet and expect to get support. I bought the package, and I’m less than thrilled about the ABYSMAL AND SUB-PAR CUSTOMER SERVICE that is provided.
Joel Marion and company shirks responsibility as a trainer and seller and makes assumptions that are not backed up. Being a vegan, I purchased his accelerator pack for $30 that promised recipes and meal plans. When I read the package, the meal plan and recipes are absolutely USELESS for me, because it does not support people with plant based diet. When I queried about what can be done to accommodate my diet, Joel Marion and company at support@joelmarion.net ignored my question and immediately got defensive and advised that there’s no refund for my purchase even though the information he provided is ABSOLUTELY USELESS to me. Rather than providing any value or remedy such as offering plant based recipes and meal plans, Joel Marion and company simply took the irresponsible and easy way out and said, “you may use vegan protein sources – protein powders, etc”. It doesn’t take an expert to tell me that. Anyone can tell me that. This is like asking about what are the steps and skills needed to scuba dive and receiving the answer, “you simply buy a scuba diving kit.”
Needless to say, I am unimpressed by Joel Marion and company’s attitude and poor customer service.
I really feel awful for the experience that you’ve gone through Brent. Your purchase is fully refundable. I know of two people who submitted their refund request through the Clickbank Receipt email that they received after purchase once they realized that the program was not for them. Their refunds were processed and they got their money back.
One of my valued readers sent me a few questions in regards to whether or not the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet would be suited for her since she was a vegan. I didn’t recommend that she invest in the program because I didn’t believe it would support her needs.
With a growing population of people adopting the vegan, vegetarian, and raw food lifestyle I am definitely doing my research on programs and strategies that would be best suited for you. I’ll be calling on my friend Kevin Gianni and others who are already living this lifestyle to give me a hand in this and Brent, I would appreciate any of your input on the topic as well and assistance in pointing me toward some resources that have been of value to you.
One of the things that I have offered to people who invest in the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet through my affiliate link is a support community to assist them, motivate them, and help them make the most out of the program.
Personally, the meal plans are exactly what I needed, but they are suited for my lifestyle. I know that other people are pleased with the meal plan as well.
I’ll be documenting my journey on the program beginning in two days and will provide a 100% honest review. If there are negatives about it, you’ll definitely hear about it from me. If I don’t experience the desired results, you’ll hear about it. If the members of my community have a negative experience I’ll share that as well. I’m not going to be holding my feelings and emotions back.
I’m glad that I stepped up and added the support community so I can answer questions such as the ones that Elsa has asked in regards to the workouts. I’m trying to help people make the best modifications possible when necessary.
I’m pleased with what I’ve read from the program and am in the planning stages right now. I’ll let you know how my experience is very soon.
Once again Brent, I’m sorry that you had a negative experience with Joel’s support. I hope that you are among the very rare that have had this experience as you are the first that I’ve heard of.
Let me know if you have any questions. I would love to hear more about your vegan lifestyle.
Wishing you the best,
Scott Tousignant
Thank you Scott for providing me some useful information that I can use. I will definately view those videos. I’ll also go to my Walmart and buy some 5 and 10# DB as well as a stability ball. Thank you for your help.
