Scrambled Egg Whites and Veggies
by Scott Tousignant · Filed Under: Fat Loss Quickie Home Workouts
One of the common complaints that I hear when it comes to eating healthy to achieve fat loss is that it takes too long to prepare each meal. That couldn’t be further from the truth. The majority of the meals that I eat take less than 10 minutes to prepare and I cook enough to last through several meals. Here is one of my favorite meals. It’s kind of a scrambled egg white and veggie concoction.

I don’t like egg whites, but what you did looks really good. So, I will be trying it out. Thanks.
This looks great, Scott! I will definitely be trying it this weekend. How about adding some tomato to it?
Hi,
Have you tried it with whole eggs?
It seems that if you only use egg whites you are missing the best part of an egg..
Keep up with the great tips!
Yes I do use whole eggs as well. I have 2-3 whole eggs each day and you’re right that the yolk is where most of the nutrients are.
But when you eat as many eggs as I do you need to use a lot of whites because the yolks also contain most of the calories. 16 whole eggs would mean that I wouldn’t be able to eat much else throughout the day.
