Hi everyone, Angie here, I have another awesome recipe from “Prograde’s 197 Healthy and Delicious Fat Burning Recipes” This one is called Santa Fe Grilled Chicken Salad. Wow, just a hint of spice to it…so yummy! It’s easy to whip up, especially when you have some extra chicken in the fridge from a previous meal.

Here are the ingredients and instructions…
4 cups of torn romaine lettuce
1 pkg. Oscar Mayer Southwestern Seasoned or Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
1 large tomato, chopped
1/2 cup Mexican Style shredded cheese
1/4 cup Fat-Free Ranch Dressing
Toss romaine lettuce, chicken breast strips, and tomatoes in large bowl; sprinkle with cheese. Combine dressing and salsa. Pour over romaine mixture; toss to coat.
This recipe book is filled with easy, simple recipes that are super healthy for you! I love it because the ingredients needed are items that I usually have in my fridge. I am a busy mom and do not have the time to create many ‘exotic’ meals, which is why I love this recipe book. These meals literally take minutes to whip up and, unfortunately, minutes to consume!
