Nutrition Tip
by Scott Tousignant · Filed Under: Home Workouts
This is my favorite nutrition tip for work-at-home-mom’s and work-at-home-dad’s. With our busy schedules convenience foods have become the foods of choice. The good news is that all convenience food does not come in a wrapper and contain 1000 calories. In fact, the most convenient food options are healthy foods that will provide you with loads of energy to get you through your day.
Some of these healthy foods are probably in your house but you keep them out of site. You know how the old saying goes… “Out of site, out of mind.”
That’s why I prominently display healthy foods in the places where I spend most of my time and that includes my desk.
Having healthy foods around me all day long keeps those foods at the top of my mind. It’s a constant reminder that I value my health.
If I get wrapped up in a project and go too long without food I’m not going to raid the cupboards for junk. I’m going to grab the healthy options right there at my desk.
This is so simple yet so very effective. Give it a try and let me know how it impacts your day.
The Fat Loss Quickie Experience includes more nutrition tips and a 30 day meal plan along with the quickie workouts and cardio sessions. Plus the daily motivation audios, support community, transformation contest, and the incredible bonus of The Change Series.
Make health the #1 priority in your life. It will have a positive impact on everything else.
You ROCK! Enjoy the experience,

I am really enjoying your video’s so far but I have to tell you that every time the video starts there is a technical problem and it is very frustrating to try to watch something and have it go on and off. Is there anything that can be done about that?
Hi Patti, I’m adding a download option today so you won’t have to deal with any stopping in the video.
