Keeping Your Sense Of Work At Home Humor
by Scott Tousignant · Filed Under: Work At Home Humor
It’s time for a little work-at-home humor with another guest blog post by my friend Dan Reinhold. Enjoy and please share your comments below to let Dan know how much we appreciate how he sprinkles some fun into home office fitness…
How do YOU keep your sense of work-at-home humor (WAHumor)?
Peek at a joke site? Scope out SpongeBob when the kids aren’t looking, or even home? Tickle your son’s tarantula?
Nawww, I could never do that either. I’ve seen too much SpongeBob.
Humor’s been called a lot of things and a lot of different names, but I’ll tell you what it really is: a muscle.
Don’t bother digging out your old anatomy book and looking for it there, although “humerus” might throw you a little. It’s an INVISIBLE muscle, but every bit as real as all the others.
Think about it: What happens when you don’t use your muscles? What changes occur? How do you feel?
You experience the same things when you don’t exercise your humor muscle daily, even if only a bit. Every part of you needs it, from your head to your toes.
Remember Ebeneezer Scrooge? He started working that humor muscle and BAM! Did himself a world of good, not to mention everyone around him.
Naturally, because you work at home, WAHumor.com should be part of your daily humor exercise routine and attitude-nourishing diet. Share some of your own now and then and the results are doubled.
That’s a good thing to keep in mind when your three year old Michelangelo wannabe has demonstrated his artistic flair on the hallway wall or Fido has dined well on your last printer ink cartridge. Look for the humor first, it’s good for you.
It’s good for everybody!

Thanks for sharing this humorous and enlightening blog post with us Dan. Holy Crabby Patties… how did you know that I watch SpongeBob when the kids are in school
