It’s My Birthday and You Get The Gifts

Today I am celebrating my 34th Birthday by giving you a gift and a chance to win my Fat Loss Quickie Home Office Fitness program. Your gift is an absolutely awesome interview that I did with my friend Lynn Terry on the topic of Super Affiliate Strategies. This audio has only been available to paid members of my program until today.
Click on the player at the bottom of this post to listen to the interview or download it to your mp3 player. Now for your chance to win my home office fitness program… Simply answer this one question in the comment box below:
When your increase your productivity to the point where it frees up one hour in your workday, what will you do with that free hour?
There is no right answer here. I’ll be randomly selecting a winner before I “hit the hay” tonight after all of my birthday celebrations.
By the way, if you are selected as the winner and you already own a copy of the Fat Loss Quickie Home Office Fitness program, you will receive a one hour phone consultation with me. I’ll help you maximize the program so you can get more done in less time during your workday and spend more time doing what you love most in life.
Good luck! You ROCK!

PS I’ll be having ice cream cake today just in case you were wondering

When your increase your productivity to the point where it frees up one hour in your workday, what will you do with that free hour?
Spend the hour on myself; meditative, contemplation, exercise, spa etc etc. I deserve to reward myself after a day’s work
I would like to finish my studies as a fitness consultant.
I would put in that extra hour to be sure to get my porch completed and ready before the winter hit us here in Sweden.
I will spend extra time doing the chores that take away from time with my partner, and hopefully doing them much more efficiently as well!
Freeing up an hour of the day would enable me to finish multiple home projects. I need to organize my garage, and paint and put a new floor in my kitchen. Getting those projects out of the way will be such an accomplishment. Right now the tasks are overwhelming…
Thanks Scott
That audio is not working. It took me right to another page
Just fixed the audio Patti. Thanks for alerting me to the problem.
I would spend some quiet time after things are done just meditating to balance out my day.
BTW: Happy Birthday.
Happy Birthday, have an abundant one.
An extra hour a day bliss.
I would take time for me spend an hour at the beach, volunteer time to help kids self esteem programs
Read a book- so many options
tha list would be endless
Suzie
Happy Birthday to You! Happy Birthday to You! Happy Birthday Scott! Happy Birthday to You! YOU ROCK!
Yes, you should be VERY glad I didn’t post an audio version of that!
Oh and I don’t need to be entered into the contest but if I had an hour extra every day – I’d alternate and spend one day a week doing something for me, and the other days I’d spend it with my hubby and kiddos!
An extra hour in my day would give me time to get my rump OFF THIS PUTER! And spend time with my kiddos – play video games with them, shoot hoops with them, help with homework, whatever they’re up to!
HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Scott! Have a stupendously wonderful day, buddy!
Happy Birthday Scott!! Wow only 34 years old! I will read a motivation book in the free hour that I would have.
Happy Birthday Scott!
If I had one extra hour – I’d definitely use it to spend more time loving on my lil girl and my husband. I can’t get enough of them!

Happy Happy Birthday Scott
If I could have an extra hour a day – I would go outside, sit on my deck, breathe in the fresh air and read a good book. Then, on other days, I would spend time hiking in the mountains with my hubby and daughters.. and some of the time I would just take a nap.
First of all Happy Birthday!
mine was yesterday I turned 28
With one hour I would have more time for my familly , studies and it would give me time to train proprely
Happy b-day again!

Hi Scott,
Thanks for posting this, it was a great audio, with a lot of great content. I’m an affiliate marketer who is struggling right now, it’s these kinds of things that help point me in the right direction.
Thanks so much!
If I had an extra hour a day, I would spend the time outside with my 4-year-old son. He’s a joy to be with, and we should be spending more time playing at the park or in the yard.
I would definitely spend that extra hour with my hubby and kids, no question. With all the work I’ve been putting into my blog lately, we just haven’t had much time together. Hoping that will change very soon!
Happy Birthday!
Sleeeeeeeeeeeeeep.
I would ride a horse.
Happy Birthday!
If I had an extra hour a day I would spend it with my kids preferably doing something fun outside in the sun.
If I had an extra hour a day there are so many things I would do, finish all my UFO’s (unfinished projects) would be high on my list. I would also finally get around to creating the family website as a legacy for my grandchilren.
Extra hour would be great for more time with the kids. Happy Birthday Scott !!!!
I would do one of two things take a nap or spend more time with my four kids!!
If I freed up one hour in my workday i would love to be able to go and volunteer at a local non-profit organization, helping those with mental disabilities by doing some type of leisure activity.
(queue birthday music) ahem… “Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday dear Scott… Happy Birthday to you! And m-a-n-y m-o-r-e!!!”
Hope you have a great Birthday, Scott! Ice cream cake sounds scrumptious!
What would I do with a free hour? I’d ride my bike an hour longer. Heaven…
If I had an extra hour per day I would attack the pile of unread books I have accumulated over the past few years.
An hour a day – 2 of those days, I’d go to the gym. 2 of those days, I’d read a novel instead of the technical stuff that I have been glued to for months (SEO, Keywords, etc.etc.). And days I’d leave to whatever hit me at the time – the movies, time with my husband, friends, take the dog to the bark park, happy hour. . .
Happy Birthday Scott! if i had an extra hour a day i would do more reading of self help books & spend more time working on motivation & setting more goals
And the winner is….
Patti from http://www.RemarkableWrinklies.com
I chose the winner by asking my followers on Twitter to pick a number between 1 and 30. I didn’t mention that it was for a contest. The first number that came up was 27 and that’s Patti.
Congrats Patti. Looking forward to chatting with you soon. Since you are already an amazing member of the Fat Loss Quickie program I will do a 1 hour phone consultation with you and line you up with some possible joint venture partners and send you a video of my 89 year old clients who are definitely Remarkable Wrinklies
You ROCK!
I would STOP procrastinating about how much I don’t want to work out and get my butt in gear to be healthier. I have been visiting this site for 2 weeks now and I just can’t make the commitment! It’s an excuse, I know..
If I had an extra hour a day I think I would get outside and go for a big long walk and catch up with listening to my podcasts. Happy birthday Scott and thanks for sharing
