How To Increase Your Productivity
by Scott Tousignant · Filed Under: Fat Loss Quickie Motivation
I just finished watching an outstanding video on the topic of increasing your productivity from my friend Frank Rumbauskas. This is a ‘leaked’ video from his upcoming program, “Your Attitude Sucks”… I love that title
The video is a bit long (40 minutes) but it is well worth it. I usually click off a page when I see a video that long, but Frank and Scott Sandland had my full attention for the complete 40 minutes.
How To Explode Your Productivity
By the way, Frank also includes home office fitness into his workday to boost his productivity, energy, and focus.
Frank is one of the most down to Earth guys that I know and has an incredible grasp on what’s really important in life. As you’ll hear in the video above, what matters most to Frank is FREEDOM! Not just financial freedom, but the freedom to do what he wants in life. If you don’t have your health you’ll never truly be free.
I’ll never forget the first presentation that I watched Frank give at an Internet Marketing conference. His story of perseverance inspired me and he’s been a role model of mine ever since.
A really key point to take from this video is, “What motivates others may not motivate you”. Don’t try to keep up with the Jones’. Just become the best YOU that you can be and follow your passions and go after the goals that have greater meaning to you and fall in line with your life’s purpose.
Frank and Scott get into a great discussion a the beginning of the video about purchasing an information product, whether it be a diet book or business building book, and not following through with the information before moving onto the next program or book. Can you relate to that?
I encourage you to take the time to watch the entire video. There’s great conversations about FEAR, success, and much more.
I’d love to hear your thoughts about the video and any tips that really hit home with you. Share your comments in the box below and let us know what you think.
You ROCK! Enjoy the experience,

I will listen to it the third time tonight. I have a desktop word-processing file with my list going, and with some tips tucked in from the video. Thanks.
The premise seems interesting. I checked out the website and think $197 is a bit overpriced for a download product. Wish I could afford it, but I just lost my job. Funny thing is, it could probably help a lot of unemployed people out there.
