It’s been said that “Losing weight is simple, but it’s not easy!” I couldn’t agree more. You may actually ‘know’ what you need to do in order to burn fat. The plan, when you think about it, is actually pretty simple. There’s science behind it, but it’s not rocket science ;) It’s actually following and sticking with the plan that is the not so easy part…

…that is, unless you are following steps #1, #5, and #6 that I share in this video.

Here’s your simple plan for how to burn fat…

The common flaw in unsuccessful attempts at losing weight is that the individual chose only to follow one or two of the strategies listed in the video presentation above.

Focusing on just diet alone may help burn some fat. Focusing on just cardio may help you burn some fat. Focusing just on resistance training may help you burn some fat…

But if you want more rapid fat loss and a plan for long term success in achieving your current body transformation goals and any future body transformation goals, you need to apply a combination of all six of these fat burning strategies.

What strategies have you been neglecting?

Do you brush off the mindset component? Are you slacking off with your nutrition? Do you avoid resistance training because you are afraid to get bulky? Do you skip cardio training because it takes up too much time? Are you attempting this fat loss journey on your own without the support of your friends, family, or online communities? Are you doing all of the above, but not challenging yourself to progress?
