I absolutely love salsa… home made salsa that is! I put it on just about everything. I use it on my salad instead of dressing, I put it on my eggs, I put it in wraps, on top of potatoes, and on my veggies. Angie @FitChic makes a delicious and healthy salsa. It is so good and easy to make! If you are looking to add some flavor to your food, this is the trick. It’s even easier if you have a food chopper.

Recipe: 4 large tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 jalapeno pepper, onions, and about 1/4 cup of lemon juice. Chop it all up in the food chopper and presto it’s ready to eat! Sometimes we just need some extra zip or spice to our food.
