Moving right along in our goal achievement series it’s exciting to see that you are crystal clear on exactly what goals you want to achievewhy you want to achieve your goals… and where you are currently at on your success road map.

…Now it’s time to look at the resources that you currently possess, which will help you achieve your goal and what resources you will need to acquire in order to get what you desire in life.

To often in the past you have set a goal and jumped right in without preparing yourself for the journey ahead. Take a moment to watch Tom Terwilliger’s short video lesson and discover why skipping this step will leave you unprepared for obstacles and challenges, which may present themselves along your journey…

What resources you currently have at your disposal in terms of achieving your fat loss goals? Do you have a workout program that you can follow for the next 6 weeks? Do you have a nutrition plan? Have you cross-examined your limiting beliefs and created new empowering beliefs? Do you have a support group that you belong to?

Have you looked far enough ahead? What resources are you going to need? If you have 100 pounds of fat to release from your body this journey may take you 12-18 months to achieve. Do you have a variety of workout programs that you can follow for this duration? Will you be requiring some variety in your nutrition plan? Who are you going to hold yourself accountable to?

Now how about any potential obstacles that you may face along the way… are you prepared for them? Recently we discussed the first step in preparing for obstacles, which is to know “What Obstacles Have Stopped Your Fat Loss Progress Dead In It’s Tracks?

Once you are aware of potential obstacles and challenges along the way you can prepare for them. You can pull together all the resources to help you overcome any challenge or obstacle that you may face.

The great news is that you already have a crystal clear goal that excites the heck out of you and you have an incredibly powerful reason why you MUST achieve your goals. Reading your crystal clear goals to yourself along with your reasons why, several times throughout the day will certain play a key role in driving you forward.

It’s during these times of challenge that reading your goals and powerful reasons why are of the utmost importance. If you are tempted with a desert table while at a party, reminding yourself that your reasons for achieving your goal will provide a great deal more satisfaction and fulfillment than the temporary satisfaction from the deserts, may be exactly what you need to turn them down.

Plus, calling on your friends at the party for support and letting them know how important the achievement of your goal is to you, they will rally behind you and help you get through those moments of temptation.

This is so very important. Take your time in planning for your success. Become aware of your current resources and go out and get the resources that are going to be required in order to reach your goal and create the charmed life that you deserve.
