Yes, it’s the most strategic diet and workout plan that I’ve seen for fast fat loss. After reading through all of the material that’s included in the book I’m really impressed with it’s structure… but the only thing that will really win me over are the results that I see from the program…
The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet creator Joel Marion is a friend of mine, yet I’m hesitant to believe that it’s really possible to lose 25 pounds of pure fat in 25 days. 25 pounds of weight… sure… but 25 pounds of fat seems a bit unlikely to me.
