Dear Scott,
I bought your program, but after I moved to Belgium, I have gained 40 pounds! boo hoo! I keep starting my workout program, get disheartened, stop, gorge on coffee and tee with lots of sugar and i just can’t seem to stop myself. Have put on a lot of weight around my waist, tummy, thighs, butt and hips – basically my lower body. Please help me. The only equipement i have are good old dumbells, though I use the stairs for step ups and assisted pull ups (assisted chin ups) when i do work out.
Luv,
VK
