Fat Loss Quickie Meal – Oatmeal and Fruit
by Scott Tousignant · Filed Under: Fat Loss Quickie Nutrition
After boosting your metabolism with a 10 minute quickie home office workout you will want to fuel your body with a healthy nutritious meal. Of course you’re busy so you don’t want to take up a lot of time preparing your meal. In the video below, “The 10 Minute Man” will show you a tasty meal that takes less than 3 minutes to make.
All that you need for this meal is frozen mixed berries, large flaked oats, and protein powder. Place the oatmeal and frozen berries into a bowl, add just enough water to barely cover the oats and berries, then stick it in the microwave for 2 minutes. Then add one scoop of protein powder and mix it together.
This is a meal that I eat every day and sometimes twice per day. It’s fast, it’s tasty, and it provides me with loads of nutrients to make my day much more productive.
Try it for yourself and let me know what you think.

I always eat oatmeal for breakfast, so this looks good – and I like the idea of adding protein powder, since I have trouble getting enough protein.
Is there a particular type or brand of protein powder you recommend? Or don’t recommend?
