Why my health is #1- If I was in poor health, I could not get what I want done in my life. It takes a lot of energy to do television, to do interviews, to travel and be on location. I walk, take vitamins and try to eat nutrition dense foods and tell myself its a deposit for tomorrow. If I take care of myself today, I can have the energy to do what I want tomorrow.
