I really love these high protein days. It’s really filling and actually tough to get nearly all of your calories from protein. I definitely do not feel hungry on these days. Some people within our community have a tough time with the high protein day and crave some carbs on this day, but the good news is that tomorrow will be different and that’s the beauty of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet. It’s something different every day, which makes it easy to take one day at a time.

Here’s what I ate today…

For breakfast I had some tuna and cucumbers.
Prograde Protein Shake
2 eggs with tomatoes, red peppers, and mushrooms
egg white omelet with tomatoes, red peppers, and mushrooms
chicken salad
At night I had a few handfuls of bagged popcorn which had some sugar and salt (not good) I got the munchies I guess and needed something to crunch on.

I felt great during the lactic acid workout and was absolutely flying on my bike during a 30 minute ride along the countryside. My legs are feeling a bit tired today and I’m looking forward to a break once the program is complete, but they were good enough to push pretty hard during the bike ride. I had loads of energy, which really boosts my motivation to push forward.

Can’t wait to take some pictures tomorrow and hear how everyone else is doing on the program.
