Dear Scott,
My best advice is quite simple; ban anything with elastic waist bands starting now through mid-January. I keep my work out clotes for work outs and all other “comfy” clothes with elastic waist bands gets packed up, taped up, labeled and carried down to the basement. It will take a lot of effort from my part to go down there and retrieve them. Nothing like a cute outfit with a nice fit to keep your resistance stron when relatives and friends encourage you to share them in overindulging.

It’s one of the most uncomfortable feelings and I avoid it like the plague.
Great tips for staying motivated – that is the hardest part about staying on a weight loss program. I have always used a journal – it really helps!

where can I get a journal for my workouts I love this binder but the only i dont have now is something to record workouts like you showed in the video. Is there aq page somewhere on the website I can print one off?
Hi MJ, the workout journal sheets are what we provide with all of our workout programs. The sheets look slightly different and are customized for each program based on the type of training and the number of sets for each exercise. They already have the exercises, number of sets, rep ranges, etc set in place.
