Allow Your Radiant Energy and Beauty Shine
by Scott Tousignant · Filed Under: Fat Loss Quickie Motivation
Fat Loss Quickie is much more than quick home office workouts and nutrition tips. It’s an experience designed to help you discover your inner drive, joy, and power and let it shine to the world. You are full of greatness. You are gorgeous, loving, trusting, nourishing, giving, caring, and absolutely radiant. Let these qualities shine as bright as they could possibly be and watch the impact that you have on everyone that you come in contact with.
Every time I’m in the checkout line at a store and I’m asked, “How are you?” I always respond by saying, “Absolutely amazing!” Prior to my response the cashier is usually frowning and miserable and so are most people ahead of me in line. The cashiers response has often been, “But it’s raining and miserable out. How can you be happy?” I have many different responses, but no matter what I say, by the time I walk away there is always a bright smile on the cashiers face.
I do the same thing when I walk into Starbucks. They ask me how I’m doing and I say, “Totally awesome. Life Rocks!” Instant smile on their face. I love it! They usually tell me that I’m the first person to come in and say that and then they ask me why my life rocks. This always gives me the opportunity to talk about all the things that I’m grateful for.
Smiling is contagious. When you allow your true qualities to shine you harness the power within you to make the world go round.
I want to thank @AmandaRisi for pointing me to this video as it completely made my day. You made me smile Amanda

Great post Scott! People get so caught up in the mundaneness and negativity of life they forget to smile and laugh. You just never know how a smile or a kind word could make all the difference in someone’s day or life regardless of how brief the encounter. Thanks for the reminder! ~Jackie
