Fat Loss SuccessBefore you can achieve your goals, whether they are fat loss goals, financial goals, life goals, or any other goal you must first have an absolutely clear vision of what it is that you wish to achieve and you need to follow that up by making it concrete and writing it down on paper and/or on your blog, some form of online journal, forum or support community.

I use to only set one or two goals at a time to achieve. That was until I met Dax Moy, author of The Magic Hundred Goal Achievement Program.

Dax taught me to step outside of my comfort zone and set 100 goals that are to be achieved within 100 days. That may seem like a huge task and maybe even impossible, but all 100 goals do not have to be big goals. I have goals such as cleaning out the garage on my list, which is definitely not a huge task, but it’s a task that’s constantly on my mind and distracting me from focusing on my bigger goals.

I would like you to set aside 10-20 minutes today on writing down some goals that you must achieve in the next 100 days. Then come back to this post and share some of the more passionate goals that you are going to achieve.

Allow me to get things started by sharing some of my more passionate goals. My Magic Hundred goal date is July 28th…

1) I will unite with 10,000 people in an effort to reverse the obesity trend by the year 2015. I’ve just started a Facebook Fan Page and would love for you to become a fan of Reversing The Obesity Trend By 2015

2) I will look the best that I ever have, sporting ripped 6 pack abs and lean muscle. You will be able to feel my energy and confidence radiate through my pictures. I’m not setting specific weight goals or body fat percentage goals this time around. I will be comparing pictures from my past when I previously looked my absolute best.

I will be following Joel Marion’s Xtreme Fat Loss Diet and John Romaniello’s Final Phase Fat Loss to help me sculpt my body during this 100 day challenge.

3) I will go snorkling in Turks and Caicos with Angie, Shayne, and Noelle.

4) I will purchase a pop-up trailer for all our amazing family camping trips.

5) I will go on a weekend mini vacation with Angie to connect and improve upon the bond that we have.

6) I will plan and have a date and place set in stone for the first ever Fat Loss Quickie Retreat.

7) I will begin recording home workout dvd’s to be released in Autumn 2010.

Some of my smaller goals…

a) Get at least 7 hours sleep every night.
b) Try a new food
c) Practice deep breathing exercises
d) Do yoga

Achieving your individual goals puts you on the path of living your ideal life… the life that you truly deserve!

Take a moment to watch this video from Dax Moy as he shares some great tips for gaining clarity on your “Ideal Day”…

So what would your ideal day look like? I’d love to hear about it.

My ideal ‘work day’ would look something like this…

Wake up, review the goals that I am about to achieve, have a cup of coffee with Angie, have breakfast with the family, achieve a personal best during my workout, get my heart pumping with a body weight HIIT cardio session, fuel my body with nutritious food, respond to emails and blog posts from my subscribers whom have achieved amazing breakthroughs, celebrate in the victories that my customers and readers have achieved no matter how small, write a thought provoking blog post that inspires my readers to take massive action toward their goals, go for a 30 minute bike ride along the country side, have lunch with Angie, call an old friend, connect with a colleague, read a great book, get active outdoors with my family, have dinner with my family, play a board game with my family, share funny stories from my childhood, read the kids a bedtime story and tuck them into bed, have some quiet cuddle time with Angie as we share stories about our day and goals that we are about to achieve, listen to relaxing and meditative music as I visualize achieving my goals, fall fast asleep dreaming about my goals and experiencing a full 7-8 hours of restful sleep knowing that I have earned enough money to pay the monthly bills, set aside money for our childrens education, set aside money for our retirement, set aside money for monthly family trips, and have money set aside to do the things we enjoy most in life.

I’ll share my ideal day if it were a vacation in an upcoming post, but for now I would love to hear what your “Ideal Day” would look like and some of the goals that you are most passionate about achieving during the next 100 days. Please take a moment to share them in the comment box below.
