Oftentimes I hear older people say, “But I’m too old – fat – heavy – stiff – achy – you name it – to start exercising.” I have those moments myself. Especially after turning 50. I do have to tell myself that it’s NOT okay to let myself become frumpy and fat after fifty. Grandma’s can be cuddly and cozy even if they’re fit!
You are so right. We have to check our belief system and find out what we’re telling ourselves about our abilities. Then we can root out those limiting beliefs and send them packing!
