Home Office Workout
Total body workouts are great, but you don’t want to do them every day. They can take a toll on your body if you don’t allow yourself the necessary rest to allow your body to repair itself.
Typically I like to focus on one body part each day and really blast it for 10 minutes. Then I don’t work that muscle group for a full week so it has enough time to recover. For example, with the Fat Loss Quickie home office fitness program I may train my chest muscles on Monday, back muscles on Tuesday, leg muscles on Wednesday, shoulder and abdominal muscles on Thursday, and biceps and triceps muscles on Friday. Each workout lasts only 10 minutes.
One of the benefits of working one body part per day is that it keeps you in the fitness habit because you are able to workout 5 times per week. Keep in mind that these workouts are fast and fun so it doesn’t seem like a chore. If you are performing total body workouts you require more rest days which can get you out of the fitness habit if you are not careful.
Are you ready to make fitness a habit? Are you beginning to see how easy it is to incorporate home office fitness into your workday? We’re just getting started and I’ve got a lot more tips and tricks to show you that will help you improve your business through fitness.
Tomorrow I’ll be talking about stress… how it effects your body and what you can do to reduce the stress in your day. Until then…
You ROCK! Enjoy the experience,
Scott Tousignant

Wow! These are really cool workout tips. I adjust the work outs a bit based on a little tear in my knee meniscus, yet find that the more I work out the better my body feels. It’s like if you are all tired, stiff or sore, a work out fixes it by getting the blood flowing.
I am up past 30 minutes on using the Pilate’s ball for a desk chair and looking forward to having the core strength to use all day long.
SinceI work up to 15 hours a day in the home office because that is what I love to do. How many hours do you suggest going before re-energizing with a quickie work out?
