30 Day Home Office Fitness Challenge: Day 6 Motivation Tip
by Scott Tousignant · Filed Under: Fat Loss Quickie Motivation
Today’s home office fitness challenge is all about motivation and helping you stick to an active and healthy lifestyle for the long term. On Day 2 you changed your focus from fat loss to increased productivity, more energy, more focus, and several other meaningful benefits of home office fitness that are more exciting than fat loss. Now we’re going to take that strategy to the next level…
Vision boards are great for keeping your focus on what you want in life. But it’s not enough to look at it and think positive thoughts about receiving those things that you want. You’ve got to take action toward achieving your goals.
Rather than pasting images of things that I want on a board, I prefer to paste them all around the house… on my desk, next to my alarm clock, and on the bathroom mirror. I use these images as motivation to do my home office workouts.
Before each home office workout or home office cardio session I look at the pictures of what I want and think of how this home office fitness session will help me achieve those ‘wants’ or goals.
For example, I think about how the home office workout will help me get more done in less time and how that will help me generate more revenue with my business so I can purchase a pop-up trailer for my family. We really enjoy camping and a new pop-up trailer would make our camping experiences even more enjoyable.
I think about how this home office fitness session will help improve my energy and physique and how that will improve my networking opportunities at conferences and live events. Lets face it, when you are at a conference you tend to gravitate towards people who have a positive and energetic aura around them. And whether we like to admit it or not, the more fit and attractive a person is, the more likely we are to approach them and start a conversation.
So it’s important to change your focus from fat loss to productivity or networking opportunities, but to really take this to the next level, it helps to have a goal for what your increased productivity and networking opportunities will help you achieve.
What are some of the ‘wants’ that you are looking to achieve? Can you see how increased energy, productivity, focus, and networking opportunities can help you achieve those goals? Can you see how home office fitness will help you achieve those goals?
Not only will home office fitness help you get more done in less time and help you achieve your goals, but they will also help you enjoy those ‘wants’ even more.
I know that having more energy will help me enjoy the camping trips with my family even more. I know that improving my health and appearance through home office fitness will help me enjoy the cruise that I want to take with my family even more.
There are so many ways that you will benefit from home office fitness. It’s almost limitless. So congratulate yourself on taking this home office fitness challenge. You are taking the best steps to achieving the goals in your life and you’ll be able to enjoy those goals even more once you achieve them.
Stay tuned for tomorrow’s challenge where I will share a home office cardio session with you.
You ROCK! Enjoy the experience,
Scott Tousignant

Kia Ora Scott….YOU rock!!!!
Never done this before so I will most probably be tripping over my words or something like that lol, but I just like to say that Im so glad I watched this video. I have taught my children to do their own boards for their goal settings and they like it, but they have also seen some of my pictures around the house in different places and have asked what I was up too lol. Now I can say that Im not the only one who does this and show them this video.
ROCKING with you
