30 Day Home Office Fitness Challenge: Day 24 Conquering Limiting Beliefs

For today’s Home Office Fitness Challenge I have one of the most motivating quickie casts to share with you. I guarantee that the next 18 minutes will have a tremendous impact on your life. It’s time to conquer your limiting beliefs and replace them with beliefs that will serve you in achieving the level of success that you deserve in fitness, business, and life.
One of the biggest limiting beliefs that I hear every day is, “I don’t have time to exercise“. I just heard this one last night from my neighbor. He has four young children, works three jobs, his wife works and is in school as well, and they keep their kids busy with after school activities that take up significant time from their days.
I can challenged his limiting belief by asking him what time he wakes up (6am) and said, “Can you wake up 10 minutes earlier to do a quickie cardio sessions?” He agreed, ya, 10 minutes isn’t too much to ask for.”
I then said, “When you get home from work can you spend 10 minutes doing a quickie workout?” He said, that’s when my wife usually hands me the kids and it’s my turn to watch them.” I know his wife and I know that she has been trying to help him lose weight and improve his health. She’ll be more than willing to give him 10 minutes to workout. After all, she’s been spending dozens of hours every week jogging in preparation to run a marathon. 10 minutes is nothing compared to that time investment.
So I asked him, “Now what’s preventing you from working out?” He was basically speechless because there was nothing. Nothing except himself.
This is just one example, and just one limiting belief in one area of life. We have dozens of limiting beliefs when it comes to your fitness, business and life. Today it’s time to conquer them!
