30 Day Home Office Fitness Challenge: Day 20 Ten Minute Cardio
by Scott Tousignant · Filed Under: Cardio
I’ve been listening to you and many of my Fat Loss Quickie friends about how much you enjoy getting outdoors to do cardio. I’m right there with you. I love going for 30-minute bike rides and walks. Well today, I’ve got a treat for you. I took my 10 minute home office cardio session and brought it outdoors. This is the same cardio session that I would have done in my office, but it was such a beautiful day that I decided to go outside and enjoy it… check this video out and watch it to the end. You’ll crack up

This cardio session was extra fun because I was surrounded by the laughter of my kids Shayne and Noelle, as well as Angie and the wonderful kids that she watches for the home day care that she operates.
Did you see my son Shayne go flying off the slide at the end with his feet up in the air? He was flying down the slide on a wet sponge and one of the boys from the daycare was squirting water at him. It’s great to see our influence of an active lifestyle rubbing off on the amazing children that Angie watches and teaches.
Fitness can be fun and it should be fun. You just have to get a little creative and create the environment that sparks happy feelings. Many of the Fat Loss Quickie members perform their fast and fun workouts and cardio sessions with their kids.
It’s always great when I hear about a mother and daughter team working toward the common goal of living the best quality life possible. Sharing this experience can bring a great deal of joy throughout the journey and makes it easier to adopt this healthy and balanced lifestyle for life.
What can you do in your office to make your surroundings more uplifting? Maybe you can do your cardio while playing a dvd of your favorite stand up comedian. Or you could get your family to participate with you. Maybe hanging a disco ball in your office and turning it on while you exercise to create a fun environment… ya I know it sounds silly, but I’m just throwing ideas at you
So your task for today is to perform the 10 minute quickie cardio session and if possible do something to your surroundings that will make this cardio session fun.
You ROCK! Enjoy the experience,
Scott Tousignant
