Yes it’s possible to live a balanced life even when you have a home business. I’m sure that one of your reasons for starting your home business was because of the freedom that it would create and the ability to spend more time with your family. It’s time to make that dream become your reality.

I created the 30 Day Home Office Fitness Challenge to help you realize that it can be easy to incorporate fitness into your workday and how it will help you get more done in less time so you can use that time to spend with your family and do the things that you really enjoy in life.
Scheduling fitness and family time into your day doesn’t take away from your business… it helps your business.
Focusing solely on business can create a lot of stress in your life. Especially when the goal of your business was to create more free time to be with your family and enjoy life, yet you are trapped in your home office and telling your kids to leave you alone because you have to get work done so you can support them.
It’s time to get your priorities straight and do the necessary things to bring balance into your life. I encourage you to continue to incorporate home office fitness into your day and witness first hand how it helps you improve your business and free up time to be with your family.
This is a lifestyle change. It’s not a quick fix. You are now laying the stepping stones to future success in business, fitness, and life.

You are Incredible!! My wife and I have been very busy recently with moving to a new location that’s closer to my work, as well as the ideal place for her to start her new business. So needless to say, balance is so..so very vital.
We found if we take “Love You” breaks during our day it Rocks!!
It is time we spend together…just us. It gives us a break in the day, along with helping us better balance work and a healthy lifestyle.
