Two Advanced Abs Exercises

I have two advanced abs exercises to share with you today. I was reminded about them after reviewing my friend Flavia DelMonte’s Full-Body-Licious workout dvd’s for women this week.
The reason why I would label these as advanced abs exercises is because there is a fair amount of coordination involved and they are challenging.
The two advanced abs exercises are a jackknife performed with one leg on the stability ball and a mountain climber crossover on the stability ball. You can really feel the mountain climber crossover in your obliques!

There’s absolutely no doubt that your diet is largely responsible for your fat loss results. Some would argue that diet is 80% of the battle, while others would say it’s even as high as 90%.
