How To Reverse The Rise In Obesity

Two years ago I wrote a report titled “Obliterate Obesity“. Within the report I state that I am on a mission to reverse the obesity trend by 2015. This may seem like a tall mountain to climb, but I believe that if we work together we can achieve incredible greatness during the next five years.

I know that saying “everyone should follow Tom Venuto“, is a pretty bold statement to make. After all, not everyone may want to follow Tom’s nutrition strategies and not everyone will want to workout like him. Even if this is the case, I guarantee that there are countless fat loss lessons that you can learn from him, especially in the area of mindset and long term motivation.
Imagine if you could achieve the lean and healthy body that you deserve without ever having to go on a diet again. Imagine if your fat loss came effortlessly and you no longer had to struggle and obsess over calories, carbs, and fats. Think about that for a moment.

When I was watching television yesterday I saw a commercial about the Taco Bell Drive Thru Diet and I was initially shocked. Taco Bell and diet don’t usually go hand in hand. It was kind of an oxymoron to me.
Did you make a New Year’s Resolution to finally get in shape this year? Did you set a specific scale number or body fat percentage that you would like to achieve? Or was it a certain pant size or dress size that you are aiming for instead? Maybe there’s a specific look that you are going for and you would love to see yourself with six pack abs?
