Backed by years of experience and the application of my education in human kinetics, I created Fat Loss Quickie, the fast fun at home workout program that will quickly transform YOU into the confident, energetic, beautiful person you really are!

About my approach to weight loss and my beliefs:

I am very non-judgmental when it comes to diets and exercise programs. I've observed some programs to work very well for some and not so well for others. It all depends on the individual.

I believe that there needs to be more emphasis on having fun when it comes to fitness. Today people view fitness as a way to lose weight. That's not what fitness should be about at all.

Living an active lifestyle is about so many other things and weight loss is just one of the outcomes from fitness...

but it's not the end result. If you dislike a certain physical activity and you can never stick to it find something that you enjoy and will stick with.  It's all about compliance and when you are having fun with an activity you are more likely to stick to it.

I believe that in order to start a new trend where the number of healthy active people begins to increase steadily, there will need to be a shift in how people VALUE their health and their bodies.

A Bit About My Personal Life...

I recently celebrated my 10 year wedding anniversary with my beautiful, intellegent, and caring wife Angie. We have two adorable kids Shayne and Noelle.

Angie is a busy work-at-home-mom operating a daycare in our home. She's also an ISSA certified fitness trainer and is a big part of our fitness business.

You'll see Angie in many of our workout, nutrition, and motivational videos as well as contributing blog posts. She is also the author of the outstanding digitally downloadable book and couples workout program called "More Love, Less Fat". It's a couples guide to transforming your body and relationship.

We are a pretty simple family. We don't need a big fancy house or expensive cars. We do like to travel, but for the most part we prefer to take relaxing camping trips as a family.

We make up our own fun and encourage our kids to express their creativity.

How Do I measure Success?

I don't measure success in terms of dollar figures or by the scale. I measure success in terms of FREEDOM. Time with my family is priceless. Having the energy to play with my kids is one way that I measure freedom. Also, the freedom to wear a bathing suit and experience a great deal of confidence in my health and my appearance means a lot to me.

My health is my #1 asset. It's my greatest wealth and greatest freedom. Without it, everything else is worthless.
